1. Who is the data controller

The data controller is Jakub Mertl from Vrané nad Vltavou, who operates this project under the name Minidom.

2. What the website stores without consent

The public part of the website does not load optional analytics or advertising services without your consent. The only thing stored in your browser's local storage is your privacy choice, so that the consent bar does not appear on every visit. This record contains no name, email or other contact details.

The hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may process technical server logs for as long as necessary for the security, availability and diagnostics of the website. Details are in the Vercel privacy policy.

3. Optional analytics

If you enable analytics, the website may load Google Analytics. The service helps measure visits, pages viewed and clicks on the contact link. We do not send the content of emails or any details you write in your email program to the measurement.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Details are in the Google privacy policy.

4. Advertising measurement

If you enable advertising measurement, Google Ads and Sklik may be loaded. They are used to evaluate ads, measure clicks on the contact link and possibly to build retargeting audiences. Specific services are only loaded when their measurement identifiers are configured on the website.

The legal basis for the optional storage and reading of identifiers on your device is your consent. You can decline or later withdraw consent without this limiting the content of the website.

5. Contact by email

Contact links open your own email program. Data from a sent message is processed only to reply, arrange a viewing, prepare an offer or fulfil a subsequent agreement. Messages are kept only for as long as necessary to handle the communication and related legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or object where the relevant right applies to your situation. Consent can be changed at any time using the button below. You also have the right to contact a data protection supervisory authority.
