What the sauna starting price includes
The basic specification includes Nordic spruce, a Harvia heater, two levels of cedar benches and my work on your plot.
We agree on the base and the 400 V supply to suit your site; a qualified electrician completes the heater connection. The photographs show a reference build. Your quote will specify the dimensions, equipment and scope of site preparation.
From sketch to last board
How I work
I design and build everything myself, from the first sketch to the last board. I do not sell anything from stock.
We go through what you need and what the plot allows: size, layout, materials, the base and the electrical connection. When we agree, I build on site.

Materials and wall construction
Spruce inside, cedar where you sit
The walls and ceiling are lined with Nordic spruce. The two bench levels and backrests are cedar, pleasant to the touch even at higher temperatures.
Six kilowatts without complicated controls
The stainless steel Harvia Sound M60 heater is controlled directly on the unit. A dedicated circuit breaker and residual-current device are part of the wiring.
Light you notice second
A warm LED strip is hidden behind the backrest. It lights the interior indirectly, so nothing shines in your eyes while you are in the sauna.
Built on site, not shipped
I build the sauna on your plot, with dimensions and details agreed to suit the site. The same goes for sheds, pergolas and wooden houses.

Questions and answers
What do you build?
Small wooden structures: a garden shed, an insulated shed, a Finnish sauna, a pergola and a wooden house to live in. Size and fittings are agreed according to your plot and what you need the building for.
How much does a build cost?
A simple garden shed starts at 60,000 CZK, an insulated shed at 100,000 CZK, a Finnish sauna at 139,000 CZK and a wooden house at 1,000,000 CZK. I quote pergolas according to size and roofing. The price follows size, materials and the site.
Do you build on site or deliver a finished building?
I build on your plot. We agree on the dimensions, layout and details to suit the site and your needs.
What do I need to prepare?
A level, load-bearing base the building is anchored to. A sauna also needs a 400 V power supply; a qualified electrician must complete the Harvia heater connection according to local conditions.
What are the sauna specifications?
The reference sauna in the photographs fits 2 to 3 people. External size is 2.1 × 1.5 m, internal roughly 1.8 × 1.3 m, with a 6 kW Harvia Sound M60 heater. For a commission the sizes adapt to your space.
Can I come and see your buildings?
Yes. The sauna and the wooden house stand in Vrané nad Vltavou, about 30 minutes south of Prague. We will find a time; for the sauna we can heat it up before you arrive.
